TURNOVER TYPE FOODS WERE POPULAR IN MEDIEVAL SPAIN AND THEY BLENDED IT WITH NEW WORLD FOODS NATIVE TO NORTH AND SOUTH AMERICA. OUR QUESADILLA IS OVEN-BAKED AND GRILLED, FILLED WITH CHEDDAR ANR MOZZARELLA, TOPPED WITH PICO DE GALLO AND SERVED WITH SOUR CREAM AND GUACAMOLE.
